I am good at what I do
This is an email I received post a big meeting which I led. It was a first of the kind for me. Very nice to hear these words from a Vice President (President and CIO who is also my boss were CCed).

I wanted to congratulate you for a well run meeting on Wed. It’s very hard to brainstorm with 7+ people and you kept it clear, fast and well organized.
It was great leadership.
